Olive oil and coffee production generate wastewaters with a strong environmental impact. REUSE addresses this challenge by treating these effluents while recovering valuable polyphenolic compounds within a circular economy approach.

Develop selective filtering materials based on zeolites, receptor coatings and porphyrin-based MOFs to recover compounds of interest.
